Manufactured using first-generation food-grade recycled materials to ensure consistent and long-term structural integrity, t he Graf EcoBloc system is the strongest and easiest to install modular rainwater retention and detention system in the world.
EcoBloc Rainwater and Stormwater Management Family
EcoBloc Inspect Modular Storage System
Industry-leading strength (60-ton, HS25 loading) with only minimum 2'-7.5" of fill cover. Unique channel design allows inspection and cleaning of the chamber. Often installed on the bottom layer of a modular system with Maxx or Light modules along with a Vario shaft for filtration and inspection access.
EcoBloc Maxx Modular Storage System
Truck-bearing strength (40-ton, HS20 loading) with only minimum 2'-7.5" of fill cover. Often installed in parking lots, under driveways and recreation areas along with a Vario shaft for filtration and pump access.
EcoBloc Light Modular Storage System
12-ton vehicle-bearing strength with only minimum 2'-7.5" of fill cover. Often installed in grass and turf areas and recreation areas along with a Vario shaft for filtration and pump access.
Vario Flex Filter Shaft System
Revolutionary design for access, filtration, cleaning and pump installation. Fits anywhere in the Ecobloc modular tank system to allow inlet filtration, inspection access/cleaning, and also makes a great pump well.

Features:
Universal use: For rainwater/stormwater infiltration, retention or rainwater harvesting
Twice the storage volume per truck: To save space during transport, two EcoBloc Inspect flex modules are stacked one inside the other. This halves transport costs and CO2 emissions.
Easy to install: GRAF EcoBloc Inspect flex modules are easy to transport and install. The modular system structure requires few accessories.
Easy to inspect: The standard inspection channel allows the entire infiltration system to be effectively monitored. The ability of the EcoBloc Inspect system allow access by inspection cameras that are commonly found on the market. This has been confirmed by several independent testing authorities.
Can be cleaned by high pressure jetting: GRAF EcoBloc Inspect system can be easily cleaned by high pressure jetting.
Highly flexible design options: Each primary module (layer) of the EcoBloc stack has a volume of 54.15 gallons in an area of 31.5" X 31.5" and a height of 12.6". An additional 6.6 gallons is provided by each baseplate module. The system size and load-bearing can be adjusted individually to suit requirements of traffic and of non-traffic area.
Does not require a geogrid layer to attain loading specifications.
Truck-bearing: The GRAF EcoBloc Inspect has a heavy-duty truck-bearing capacity of 60 tons with a just 31.5" of earth covering.
Installation depth of up to 16 feet: Even under very heavy loads, the GRAF EcoBloc Inspect system can be installed at a depth of up to 16 feet. This means that up to 14 layers are possible.
Inlet and outlet connections up to 8". Large infiltration volumes require large pipe cross-sections. This isn't a problem for GRAF EcoBloc Inspect: it has 4", 6"and 8" connections on all sides. The 4" connections are positioned eccentrically on the sides to accommodate use as an inlet (slightly low) or as an overflow (high) or any other user-desired configuration.
Designed for decades of use: A durable product design ensures sustainability.
Built to offer double safety, the GRAF EcoBloc Inspect is designed for a service life of over 50 years.
High infiltration rate: The GRAF EcoBloc Inspect system is designed to have high rate of infiltration and barrier-free inspection.
Fully integrated with the new Graf Vario 800 Infiltration Shaft System
The Vario 800 flex shaft system can be directly installed in an infiltration or detention system with EcoBloc Inspect flex. The connection surfaces of the inspection channels in the Vario 800 flex shaft system are matched to the EcoBloc Inspect flex system

EcoBloc can now be modeled in HydroCAD:
EcoBloc components can be easily modeled with the HydroCAD Stormwater Modeling System, allowing simplified calculation of the storage and infiltration behavior. The HydroCAD Chamber Wizard also performs automated modular system layout and simplifies the process of designing a modular rainwater catchment system, while meeting specific storage and footprint requirements.
