Ordering Information:
We prioritize overnight shipping orders and orders placed by 2:00 pm EST will ship the same day. It is our goal to ship all orders within one day but this is not a guarantee. If you need to have your order ship same day you can upgrade to expedited shipping or contact our sales department.
Shipping:
UPS and USPS are our primary small package carriers. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number via email from RainHarvest Systems. Tracking information for orders placed using USPS may not be available for up to 72 hours. Unlike UPS, the shipping transit times estimated by USPS services are not a guaranteed service.
We try to package all items securely so they will arrive to you without damage. In the event your package is damaged in shipment, please notify us within 5 days of delivery so we may get a replacement sent to you. It is necessary to keep the original packaging and we kindly request pictures of the damage for our use in filing a claim with the carrier.
*Free Ground Shipping Rules and Exclusions:
Free Ground Shipping offer is valid for orders placed online within the contiguous 48 states (AK, HI, PR, VI and international orders are excluded). Offer subject to change or cancellation without notice. Free Ground Shipping is valid on all small parcel standard ground shipping via USPS, UPS, FEDEX or motor freight selected by RainHarvest Systems at time of shipment. Multiple orders may be consolidated if shipping to the same address. Free Ground Shipping not valid on water tanks, Optimax filters, any products with additional flat-rate shipping options or most orders requiring motor freight, unless otherwise specified in product descriptions. Offer not valid for customers who participate in any freight collect, 3rd party billing, consignee billing program or dealer/reseller discounted items. Offer is not applicable for credit toward any premium air upgrades or other expediting services.
Discounts and coupon codes cannot be redeemed towards any exclusive "Free Shipping" (as advertised) package deals that include any item to be shipped via freight.
Duties and Taxes:
We ship to United States, APO/FPO military addresses, Canada, Mexico, Bahamas and Caribbean addresses, among others, via UPS and USPS. While we charge any and all applicable shipping and handling charges for domestic addresses, international ship-to addresses may incur additional duties and taxes that cannot be calculated by our shipping estimator at this time. Please contact us directly for more information regarding duties and taxes that your order may be subject to, upon delivery.
