Important Return Information
We strive to package all items securely so they will arrive to you without damage. In the event your package is damaged in shipment, please notify us within 5 days of delivery so we may get a replacement sent to you. It is necessary to keep the original packaging and we kindly request pictures of the damage for our use in filing a claim with the carrier.
Items that are not returnable include but are not limited to: tanks, special orders, final sales, custom assemblies, and any items that have been installed or less than like new condition.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. Returns without RMA numbers will be refused. Please contact us at 770-889-2533 or [email protected]

Standard Stock Items may be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt for a refund* or credit*. Return items must be shipped back prepaid, via your preferred shipping method. All returned items must be in new condition, prior to installation and use, and in the original manufacturer’s packaging and must include all parts, fittings, adapters, instructions, manuals, cords, and any other components. Items are to be securely packed inside another durable box to prevent damage to the original product packaging. We strongly recommend that you insure the shipment for your protection as refunds or credits will not be issued for any items that are damaged in transit to RainHarvest Systems.
*For returns where RainHarvest Systems is not at fault, the customer agrees to pay a restocking fee up to 20%. The fee is based on the return condition and the manufacturer. The restocking fee will be deducted from the customer’s credit. Situations for which the customer is responsible for restocking and freight charges include but are not limited to no longer needed, ordered in error, wrong products ordered, order cancellation after the truck has left the warehouse, and any other reasons not related to product defects or damage.
RainHarvest Systems will pay the freight and waive the restock fee on returns which were a result of the following: error in order processing, the order released before ship date, the product arrived damaged or other circumstances at the discretion of RainHarvest Systems.
Refunds for approved returns will be credited in the same form of payment used for the purchase unless other arrangements have been made. Credit card refunds can take 48-72 hours to appear in your bank account.
