The SHO320-QL is a Sterilight factory original combo kit which includes the QS-320 domed 100% fused silica quartz sleeve, the S320RL-HO lamp and (1) 410867 O-ring which is used in Cobalt Series UV water disinfection systems. Fits SC-320, SPV-6, SP320-HO and SCM-320 systems.
Purchasing the combo kit saves you money and takes the guesswork out of replacing the parts in your system. The included lamp provides protection from occasional intrusion by microbial contaminants including protozoan cysts, bacteria, and viruses. The included quartz sleeve protects the lamp so it can purify the water thoroughly and without potentially expensive interruption. During ultraviolet disinfection, the water is exposed at a controlled rate to UV light waves, which then deactivate the DNA of microorganisms and prevent them from reproducing. Easy to install and maintain. For optimum performance, replace the UV bulb every 9-12 months.
