The Guide Wire System is available either bundled with the LiquiLevel or separately as an upgrade for LiquiLevel Basic models. Highly Visible: The black level indicator has a bright white, highly reflective band across it, making it visible from hundreds of feet away. At night, shine a flashlight or headlights on it and the reflective band will light up for the viewer. True Reading: Unlike homemade water level gauges that rise up the tank when the water level goes down inside the tank, the LiquiLevel shows the actual water level. What you see is what you have. How it Works:

• The weighted float and indicator are connected to the counterweight by separate cords, each cord running over a pair of pulleys. When the float is half-immersed, everything is balanced.
• Rising liquid level lifts the float up, the counterweight moves down, and the indicator keeps pace with the float.
• Falling liquid levels causes the weighted float to pull the counterweight up, and again, the indicator keeps pace with the float.
• At all times the indicator matches the liquid level exactly, even when installed at an angle.

• This model suitable for tanks up to 32 feet in depth.

The guide wire system is simple to install and designed to keep the Level indicator plumb to prevent it from being knocked, and from swinging from side to side in extreme weather conditions. Benefits: Easy to install Longer cord life More accurate level indication Weather resistant Can be retro-fitted to all storage tanks fitted with a LiquiLevel system Principle of Operation: The guide wire system is fitted to the Liquilevel bracket at the top of the tank and is looped through an eyebolt at the base of the tank. Once tight with tension, the level indicator can move freely up and down the guide wire. Material: The guide wire is suitable for outdoor use and is made of high quality corrosion resistant materials. Easy to Install: The Guide wire’s M6 male threaded stud end is fastened to the front base plate of the LiquiLevel bracket, using M6 nuts. The other end of the guide wire has a plain end which is looped through an eyebolt and tightened with the guide wire fastener. The M6 eyebolt is installed into the concrete tank base.
