Commercial Sales Order Terms and Conditions - RainHarvest Systems LLC

RainHarvest Systems will supply COI, bonds (at additional expense to customer), and W9 upon request. Additional insurance coverage, if required, will be quoted as an additional expense to the customer.  

All taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser, the quote does not include state or local taxes. Tax exemption certificates must be on file and up to date. 

Change orders- changes after the order may or may not be possible. If a change is possible, the additional costs plus a $500 change fee will apply. 

Cancellation- Commercial orders cancelled in the first 30 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee for items on order. Orders beyond 30 days are not cancelable.  Custom tanks are non-cancelable from time of order.  

Return- Custom systems are not returnable. Standard stock items in new, resalable condition may be returned within 30 days with a restocking fee.  

Design time- RainHarvest systems will provide 5 hours of assistance in configuring a system to meet your needs. Beyond 5 hours, a fee will be assessed based on the size of the system and will be applied as part of the deposit at the time of order.  

Receipt of production deposit, approved submittal, and confirmation of order are required before production, and will affect delivery date.  

These contract terms will supersede all agreements or subsequent documents and take precedence over any conflict between parties. The offer is conditional on the acceptance of RHS terms and conditions.  


Payment: 

Payment terms- 50% deposit due with order, balance due at time of shipping. 

Terms- RainHarvest System only extends terms to established customers with approved credit. Limits are based on several factors and not guaranteed. All accounts with terms must be paid within 30 days of delivery and no other conditions or stipulations apply.  

Late payments will incur 1.5% interest per month.  

Retainage (if applicable and negotiated)- maximum allowance is 5% of materials and must be paid in full within 45 days of completion with no other conditions.  

Storage fees- If a customer is unable to accept delivery on the requested date, a storage fee of $300 per week will be assessed and added to the final invoice. 

RainHarvest Systems retains a security interest in all equipment as provided by the UCC until payment is received in full.  

Customer is responsible for all fees associated with collecting monies due as applicable by the laws of Georgia.  


Delivery: 

Shipping date- A shipping date will be determined at the time of order. If your shipping date changes, please notify us as soon as possible. RainHarvest Systems will make every effort to meet your shipping requirements but is not responsible for delays beyond our control or due to changing requirements. 

Freight shipping information- FOB Shipping point, RainHarvest Systems. FOB destination may be available at an additional charge.  

The customer is responsible for unloading the product and will have all appropriate equipment and personnel available at time of delivery.   

Onsite storage to be provided by the customer in a covered, enclosed environment. 


Warranty: 

Warranty- RainHarvest Systems provides a 1-year manufacturer’s defect warranty that the system is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of startup, but not later than 15 months from the date of shipment. See full warranty for complete details.  


Exclusions: 

Stamped engineering drawings are not included.  

Products do not include any onsite installation or assembly. 

Customer is responsible for all permits, inspections, site preparation, plumbing, electrical, and installation. Additional plumbing, water, and electrical fittings/components are not included. 

RainHarvest Systems is not responsible for plumbing leaks beyond the system, municipal water pressure, or other site related items. The RainHarvest System is not a city water booster system.  

 

End use water quality is dependent on incoming water quality. Unless specifically noted, RainHarvest Systems water treatment equipment will not remove dissolved solids, pharmaceuticals, petroleum products, or chemical based contaminants. Incoming water must be filtered to a minimum of 350 microns before entering the pumping and treatment system. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the system complies with all local codes and is accepted by the authority having jurisdiction.
